Sage Swim wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that online shopping can be tricky, so were here to help you get your order correct.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery, for exchanges or store credit. Items must be in original condition, with tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@sageswm.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide the next steps.
Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Changing or Cancelling your Order
If an order needs to be cancelled, please reach out to us immediately with the specific reasoning the order needs to be canceled. If you need to make any changes to an order, please contact us within 2-4 hours of the order being place or you will have to go through the exchange process after receiving your order. Changes are not allowed during sale periods. Please be sure to double check your order before proceeding to checkout. We do not offer price adjustments. The price shown on the website at the time of purchase is the final purchase price, no exceptions. If the price of an item has changed since you purchased that item(s), the new prices are not able to be transferred to any previous orders.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you have received damaged or incorrect items, please be sure to contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order (support@sageswm.com). Please include name, order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and we will assist you accordingly.Â
It is the customer's duty to ensure that we get your product within the 14 days. If you need to return and pay for the fees yourself, due to delayed response times do so and we will refund you. But anything after 14 days will only be eligible for store credit or exchanges. Please be advised that sale products are final, also products bought with a discount codes are only eligible for exchange.
