RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Sage Swim wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that online shopping can be tricky, so were here to help you get your order correct.
All orders are eligible for exchanges.
Items must leave customer’s hands within 14 days of receiving to action a refund, only if the item is defective or store credit for exchange.
STEPS OF RETURNING/EXCHANGING YOUR PURCHASES
1- Try on your garments over underwear
2- Take unwanted garments & check tag/hygiene sticker that all are attached in original condition.
3- Read our terms & conditions of purchase under the shipping tab to avoid any confusion & processing delays.
4- Post back to address provided below. Regular or Express shipping method is up to the customer along with the shipping company you choose to use. We do suggest you get a return tracking number as we will not take responsibility for lost returns.
5- Once the items arrive at Sage Swim HQ you will receive an email confirmation that your items have been received and that your store credit is ready to use.
Changing or Cancelling your Order
If an order needs to be cancelled, please reach out to us immediately with the specific reasoning the order needs to be canceled. If you need to make any changes to an order, please contact us within 2-4 hours of the order being place or you will have to go through the exchange process after receiving your order. Changes are not allowed during sale periods. Please be sure to double check your order before proceeding to checkout. We do not offer price adjustments. The price shown on the website at the time of purchase is the final purchase price, no exceptions. If the price of an item has changed since you purchased that item(s), the new prices are not able to be transferred to any previous orders.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you have received damaged or incorrect items, please be sure to contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order (email@example.com). Please include name, order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and we will assist you accordingly.
It is the customer's duty to ensure that we get your product within the 14 days. All the information is here for you to use. If you need to return and pay for the fees yourself, due to delayed response times do so and we will refund you. But anything after 14 days will only be elligable for store credit or exchanges.
